Quality Assurance Analyst/Software Tester

Responsibilities:
• The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations.
• Works collaboratively with the project team to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.
• Work closely with the Development team in an agile process.
• Design test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports.
• Execute and report testing outcomes.
• Track bugs/issues and verify their fixes in the ticketing system.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
• Other tasks and duties assigned to the employee by Company, which may be outside the scope of the Position.
Qualifications:
• College diploma or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of concepts and principles associated with quality assurance and ability to apply testing techniques.
• Working knowledge of test automation tools, SQL database.
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)
• Excellent analytical and synthesizing skills.
• Ability to grow in a collaborative and team environment.
• Ability to adapt based on changing needs.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Technical Customer Services Representative:

Responsibilities:
• Provide support via email, phone or other software solutions used by the client
• Respond customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner with complete and correct solution
• Listen or read carefully to customer needs and concerns and reach out to supervisor for complex issues
• Assume responsibility for customer issues and follow up on a timely basis to ensure the problem has been resolved
• Forward issues requiring further assistance to the appropriate internal responder and follow upon a timely basis to ensure the problem has been resolved
• Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding
• Support testing of software application and assistance to end-users
• Concisely document all problems and their resolution in the customer relationship software tool
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly performance goals
• Prepare complete and accurate work
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature
• Participate in team meetings and creating MOM.
Qualifications:
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

SOA ESB developer

5-7 years in developing distributed and modular computing solutions
Strong understanding of Agile and iterative methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a global team environment
XML (Extensible Markup Language), XSL (Extensible Stylesheet Language), XSD (XML Schema Definition), DTD (Document Type Definition), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), WSDL, JavaScript, HTML etc.
JMS (Java Message Service), Web Services, MQ Messaging
Experience with decommissioning legacy systems and designing the future state architecture
Experience with HL7, HIPPA, NEIM is a plus.

IT Project Manager

Senior-level Project Manager to perform system and business process analysis, documentation and planning for an upgrade of the County's Assessment and Revenue System (ACE) and the Customer Assessment and Payment Portal System (CAPP)
Experience with resource planning, defining roles/responsibilities, developing project work plans/schedules/milestones, detailed approach for implementing
The candidate will interact with staff and management from the Office of the Treasurer, Office of the Commissioner of Revenue, DTS, software vendors and other County agencies as needed.
